[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] ggi page flipping and extra keybindings

This patch adds page flipping and extra keybindings to the ggi driver.
If only one page can be allocated, it will work, but will not perform page
flipping.

I tested it on my matrox millenium II, and it only allocated one page, on
my nvidia geforce, it allocates two pages.

I have observed videos without page flipping, and with fast action h264
videos, I can see a lot of shearing without page flipping, the output is
nearly identical to fbdev here.  With page flipping, the output has much
less shearing and looks like fbdev2 (which implements double buffering)

Thanks to everyone who has given me feedback comments.  I hope this patch
cannot be harmful at this point :-P

What do you think about implementing page flipping with fbdev as well? 
This would remove osd flicker, and reduce shearing at no cost.
