[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Audio support for AVISynth

This patch enables audio support for AVS scripts.
Audio with more than 2 channels is supported. If audio isn't in INT16 format,
it will be automatically converted to it by AVISynth (I'm working on
passing audio and video in original format/colorspace w/o conversion).
Scripts that don't return video aren't supported yet.
