[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_gl - fullscreen problem on config change

Hello,

when reiniting vo, (with fixed-vo=1), for example on new file or mpeg2 
aspect change, the fullscreen status is reset to what is in 
config/cmdline. This is annoying, so I'm providing a patch.
