Just for the record: Aspect ratio change does not work with -vo gl2 and -vo
xvidix (nvidia) - except if used together with -fs: It looks as if the old
aspect ratio gets combined with the expected new window width after each change.
(The window gets smaller when changing from 16:9 to 4:3 and bigger when changing
from 4:3 to 16:9 but the aspect ratio never changes.)
