I forgot about the manpage convention. (which has .SS xvidenc instead
of .SS xvid and likewise should have .SS xvfw instead of what I
committed (.SS vfw).

I know we have been over this in the past, but I'd like to say I don't
like that convention. It puzzles me, and I'm sure Joe-six pack is also
confused by it.

So I guess I'm gonna revert my change to put back the original .SS xvfw
