I cannot comment on the code, because i don't know it,
but why do you make its compilation conditional? As
far as i have seen it it does not depend anything
external.

The name is maybe not the best one, but i cannot think
about anybetter. But you should definitly send a
manpage patch too.

Can somebody else review the patch please?
