it should, anyway adding pal8 support needs just a page of code or so
to be added to sws, for fast pal8 supports its a little more but not
much, ill wait and see what comes out of that patch, if the patch
sender doesnt resubmit it before sws is ready to become default in
ffmpeg then ill fix pal8 support ...
