Well...it's a royal pain actually.  I assume you placed the
CoreAVCDecoder.ax in the right directory, and set your keys correctly?
 You should double check these.
As the LoadLibrary is failing, you really have only 1 option:  run
mplayer with '-v -v' and send me the logs (off list), and I'll take a
look,
Debugging this sort of stuff has required going into assembly in some
cases, but it shouldn't be necessary to get the library to load.
