[MPlayer-dev-eng] Missing FourCC in VC-1 decoder.

Hello, All!

Looks like FourCC 'WMVA' occasionally missing within appropriate
section within etc/codecs.conf

Here is a simple patch, which enables it. W/o this fourcc I can't
watch some trailers of "Lost" from ORT (russian main TV channel).
