I thought it was included, but I was mixed up. I haven't had to deal
with this before because libmpdvdkit2 seems to have css support included.

Anyway, my point is (I think) that on any system with libdvdread and
libdvdnav but not libdvdcss, mplayer's DVD support will "suddenly" no
longer work. It might be preferable to avoid using libdvdread by default
unless libdvdcss is available.

I might make a patch for this later on.
