Well. Normally people are promoted to (re)gain SVN write
access. Also you made only three commits during your
developer carreer, last being from 2001-10-24, that is
over 5 years go. From the people that were around back
then only Michael, Ivan and me are still active.
Being like this i think it will be very hard for the
developer team to trust you enough for having SVN write
access. Thus i think it would be inapropriate to give
you write access now.

Please send continue to send patches for now.
When the time comes and the developers see that
you are capable of doing good work, you will get
write access again.
