Tricky I think.  Feel free to start a new thread discussing this.

svn ci <filename>

It's the sensible thing to do anyway.  Also, always check the list of
to-be-committed files that get displayed in the editor while you type
commit messages and doublecheck your changes with 'svn diff' before
committing.  I do all of this with every commit, saved me from
embarassment on countless occasions...
