[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] prefer gui setting on cachesize

 Hello,

 When a gui user changes the cache settings from the gui settings menu,
despite it is saved correctly in gui.conf it is overriden by the config
(in other files) on next program start. Attached patch removes the part
overriding gui setting.

 I know this is just the head of the iceberg and a lot more needs to be
done in this area, but this way gui user settings are kept and working.
If I didn't miss something, win32 gui behaves like this too.
