That's surely welcome, and should also solve problems with other codecs
like ffmp3. I'm not opposed to use the lavc decoder as default when all
issues are addressed.
But I think that restoring support for libdca is worth anyway, and will
also allow us to work on the downmixing issues.
And if you consider that dts decoding in MPlayer is broken since may and
there was no attempt to fix it, I don't see a reason to wait more.

The original error was to use libdca via ffmpeg in the first place,
this patch finally fixes it.
