Implemented tv://[<channel>][/<input_id>] url syntax
to allow users start watching from S-Video or Composite
input without touching '-tv input=' option.

That's nice and all, but it breaks the '-tv input=' option.  No matter you
specify for the input, it will just be set to 0 if you don't put it in the
tv:// url.
