This is a resend of the recent patchset that incorporates the
suggestions brought up on the list.  There are only two notable
changes:

1) expressions of form sizeof val are now sizeof(val)
2) an existing bug in asxparser.c:asx_warning_attrib_invalid is fixed

I've also resent as one-patch-per-directory, and at least with the
testing I've made sending to my normal mutt-based email, the
attachments are indeed text/plain.  Gmail has no facility that I can
find to change attachment types, so I've had to trick it by using
.patch.txt as an extension rather than .patch.

I'll attempt to thread the messages beneath this one, barring any smtp delays.
