Hi, All

I think, ability to specify frequency for channels in "-tv channels" will be
usefull.
It will help if cable operator uses non-standart (read: not hardcoded in
mplayer's source) frequencies or for fine-tuning purposes.

with this patch you can provide: "-tv channels=1-TV1,65235-TV2" where 1 is
channel number and 65235 - frequency in kHz.

Patch will be well tested tonight, but it is simple and i think it should
work without any issues.

I am also planning to implement "tv_fine_tune <offset>" slave command in
future.

What will you say about this features?
