[MPlayer-dev-eng] request for VERSION information in libmpcodecs/vf.h

I would like to request a version number on the libmpcodecs to be
embedded into the library. I know this is not the right version
number.  I'm not sure what it should be however I'm requesting
assistance here. If this is not the right place for the version string
please point me in the right direction.
