[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix dependencies between muxer and demuxer

Hi again,

following my previous post, now are fixes for vivodump. They allow to
use libmpmux without libmpdemux.

The first patch fix the mpeg muxer which use the aac frame parser.

The second fix the lavf muxer which use some common tag list with the
demuxer.
