Well. I think you're not interested in the task so I won't vote for you.
Anyway, I prefer seeing you concentrating on FFmpeg.
So the only person left who I think could handle the task decently is
Reimar. So if he volunteers for this position, he gets my vote.

And now, I will just commit the patch.
