[MPlayer-dev-eng] [RFC] Color management filter

Hi,

This patch should address most of the outstanding issues that have been 
pointed out. The vo_gl interface is changed to a function call, 
eliminating the global data structure.

A complete English man page is included, together with two quick 
attempts to translate at least the beginning to two other languages.
