[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Remove libmpeg2 MVI compiler workarounds

We currently have a compiler workaround for gcc < 3 in libmpeg2
regarding this compiler's seeming inability to compile MVI instructions.
The code in its current form is not suitable for inclusion in libmpeg2
upstream.  Furthermore, if gcc < 3 on Alpha is only half as bad as the
PPC version, then its current number of users is exactly zero.

Thus I propose removing the workaround.  I'll apply my patch by the end
of the week unless I hear objections.
