[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] select audio/sub tracks based on 'default' attribute

Hi,

this patch adds support for 'default' attribute for audio and sub tracks in 
both lavf and mkv demuxers. This attribute is used to select active track if 
language-based selection fails.
