[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] prefer lavf demuxer for Matroska files over the native one

It seems that lavf breaks timing of embedded (not external) ASS subs
whenever several of them are to appear at the same time. It has
happened with all files I'd tested, one of them is in incoming
(haruhi.mkv).

What's more, lavf doesn't support chapters at all, so I agree with
Uoti that demux_mkv is currently better than lavf.
