[MPlayer-dev-eng] Make ffmpeg MPEG1/2 decoder the default?

I uploaded a small sample called 'test4567.iso' on ftp.mplayer.incoming

mplayer test4567.iso -vc ffmpeg12
-> broken output, lots of macroblocks are not decoded properly and jump 
all around the picture

mplayer test4567.iso -vc mpeg12
-> perfect display

I usually use 'mplayer -dvd-device test4567.iso dvd://N'
but for obvious reasons, I can't upload the whole dvd. However, it's 
truncated to 4MB and exhibits the same issue as the whole file

I'm using MPlayer dev-SVN-r26265-4.2.3 on core2-x64

First step would be to check whether people manage to reproduce this bug
