[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH]Fix loader/dshow making CoreAVC work with all containers

Hi, I am applying this patch to allow CoreAVC(and other dshow decoders?) working with mplayer under win32. MPlayer + CoreAVC offers the fastest software solution for H264 playerback under win32, but currently only H264 in avi plays correctly in mplayer using CoreAVC. For H264 in other container formats including mkv, mp4 and mpeg-ts, it simply gives me black frames.

Luckily there is a fork of mplayer called mplayer-ww which has already solved this problem. Here is the link http://sourceforge.net/projects/mplayer-ww.

I made this patch from its sources. Hope it will work.
