[MPlayer-dev-eng] Can't build mplayer from svn since revision 27498

I was going to test a patch today submitted by Reimar Döffinger for the
pausing_keep_force but after updating SVN the compile fails with no
error message. I backtracked through previous revisions to the last
known working and found revision 27498 to be the first to fail
compilation. I'm using the simplest configuration:

    ./configure; make

The configure runs fine and a diff between configure output generated
for revision 27497 and revision 27498 indicates identical output. Make
appears to fail immediately when I run it... there is no output at all.
