GMPlayer crashes after changing preferences
1. Run gmplayer
2. Load movie(click "add file" button)
3. Open preference dialog by clicking the button(using "corelian" skin)
4. Change any option(for example, i checked "unicode subtitles" 
checkbox), click "Ok" button
5. Click "play" button
6. Click "stop" button
7. Got crash "Mplayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: Unknown", and 
2 other dialog windows
8. gdb bt log full:

This is because of NULL video_driver_list[0] variable in mplayer.c:2905
Patch simply checks it.
