[MPlayer-dev-eng] utf-16 encoded subtitle files

Hi Diego,

attached are the same subtitles encoded as utf16 and as ascii.

Python allows easy conversion:
ascii = open("utf16", "r").read().decode('utf16',
'ignore').encode('ascii', 'ignore')

and vice versa.
