[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] remove debian/postinst, remove ConfHelper dependency

libconfhelper-perl / ConfHelper is used in debian/postinst script.
libconfhelper-perl is no longer in Debian since lenny.
ConfHelper module is removed from CPAN, too.
This makes freshly built package uninstallable (unconfigurable, to be
exact - it stays in system in "unconfigured" state, and every apt action
tries to remove it).

Attached patch removes dependency from control file and postinst script
is dumped completely - anyway the only thing it was used for is
configuring default OSD font, and mplayer's default (Sans) is sensible
enough and works with default fontconfig settings (which provide Sans
alias).
