Yes, I object to the renaming for now, I can't see it win us anything.
I'd even consider just adding the & 0x7F to le2me_ASF_stream_header_t,
horrible as that would be, though it would be better if we could get
rid of those horrible packed structs and thus have both stream_no and
flags field, each containing the appropriate part.
