I can give you some more if you want:

The mp4 seems to mostly work (but the sound is not decoded). The two flv do
not work at all, ffmpeg hangs opening them. flvstreamer can dump all of
them.

I do not know how long these URL are valid; the ones from September seem to
be still there. They are for a daily broadcast, I can provide new ones if
necessary.
