[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] VDPAU: add BT.709 support

Hello!

The attached patch adds support for BT.709 color space to vo_vdpau. My
understanding is that BT.709 should be used for all HD content (unless
otherwise flagged). At the moment BT.601 is always assumed, resulting
in slightly distorted colors for HD. (Please see
http://members.cox.net/trbarry/BT709ToBT601.2.jpg for an example.)

This patch keeps the current behaviour, but allows the user to select
BT.709 manually or let it be decided based on the content resolution.
The heuristic is maybe too simple but gives better results for me than
always using BT.601.

Any assistance in improving this would be welcome.
