[MPlayer-dev-eng] changing mplayer's window title

there was a patch around time ago:

does somebody ever applied it or considered it?
i couldn't find real traces... ;???

i rethought about it because somebody asked it on the users' mailing
list.
i could rewatch into it, because i'm interested too

PS i don't care a thing about the icon, since i don't think it's useful
for something, but the name of the movie in the title bar can be...
