[MPlayer-dev-eng] Documentation fix: Quicktime no longer prohibits non-1:1 SAR

Just wanted to note that, unlike Quicktime 7, Quicktime X is able to
play mp4's with h.264 video encoded by MEncoder at a SAR other than
1:1.  It would be helpful to note this here:

So people don't unnecessarily rescale their movies.
