Hello Mplayer specialists ;)

I would like to found someone who can modify Mplayer for me. I have a video
file and I need a video player that can continuously change video play
speed. This speed will change in accordance with external data file where is
written speed of each cca 2-5 seconds part of video file. I am ready to
financailly contribute your Mplayer development or Mplayer developer who is
able to help me.

I would be very happy you recommend me someone handy.
