[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch - live subtitles

Hi Mplayer development list

I'm posting this patch to you in the hopes it's useful to someone. It's
developed for eyemagnet and we use it to present subtitles extracted from a
closed caption source. Using this patch the subtitles can be presented by
running mplayer in the "-slave -quiet" mode and feeding subtitles like so:

   livesub "this is an example subtitles" 50

That would show "this is an example subtitles" for 50 frames, or until
another subtitle replaces it.
Multiple lines are achieved by:

   livesub "this is the firs line\\and this is the second" 50

I don't know if you guys would want anything like this in the repository?
Otherwise maybe it's useful to someone else by posting it here.
