Well, it means it won't work anymore on systems that do
have a non-split libvorbis, nor will it work on systems
with only decoder installed.
Ideally this should be left as is, but the libavencoders
moved to an extra check, that e.g. in order checks for
the encode functions in "", "-lvorbis" and "-lvorbisenc"
or so.
I have no idea if -logg will be needed for vorbisenc,
I think not.
