[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] squelch gcc compiler warnings in ao_coreaudio

Attached is a patch to shut up the compiler warnings about unused arguments
and some signed/unsigned comparisons.

I figured I would send this in before working on fixing the AC3 passthrough
problem on MacTels.
