Of course. It's rather a question of big changes than a question of time. I
wonder how people usually handle successive patches that must be perfected
separately. I try to juggle with git branches, but that is not easy.

Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the last version: I forgot to
adapt mencoder.c the same way as mplayer.c.

I also found that the vf_instance_t parameter to eosd_ass_init was not
really logical, so I split the function into eosd_ass_init and eosd_init.
The rest is unchanged.
