[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Extend ao_pcm to support more PCM formats

Hi,

This patch adds support for more PCM formats to ao_pcm. These are only
enabled when not generating the WAV header.

This change allows mplayer to output s16be PCM which can be streamed
to numerous UPNP devices including PS3s.

I'm reposting an updated version following the patch submission
guidelines rather than replying to my first attempt.
