Hi

Here is a patch to enable RTSP/RTP over HTTP in mplayer. live55 already 
supports HTTP tunneling.

Tested with Axis P3344 network camera, mplayer -rtsp-stream-over-http 
"rtsp://a.b.c.d:80/axis-media/media.amp".
