I'm still around. Just some other stuff to do at the moment so I
wasn't able to work on MPlayer/MPE much in the last weeks. But it's
definitely still on my agenda.

The issue with these coreaudio patches is that I have no means to test
and that makes fixing it quite troublesome. I heard that DTS
passthrough now works with the shared memory but AC3 stopped working
altogether.

It would be great to have someone who can compile&test mplayer with
ac3 and dts passthrough to help me figure out why AC3 stopped working.
