[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] MPlayer man pages: list all available strings for chanlist= option

Hello,

currently MPlayer man pages don't list all possible values of
chanlist= option. I didn't even know I could set it to "italy" until I
actually read the source code in stream/frequencies.c . So this patch
fixes this.

Also, many man pages aren't in utf8 format (es, pl, de, hu, it, fr,
ru) so some characters don't look properly on my terminal. Would it be
possible to convert them in utf8 format instead? (If the answer is
yes, I can work on converting the italian man page)
