FFmpeg ac3 demuxer has a bug I have worked around now.
FFmpeg mkv demuxer (IMO) has a bug as well, -demuxer mkv might work as a workaround.

That is just a hack, timing was never supposed to work and so far I
think it would be a waste of time to work on it.
