[MPlayer-dev-eng] win32 gui evLoadPlay broken

Something went wrong in the changes for evDropFile in the win32 gui.  
When you select a file
to open in the open dialog, the open dialog just reappears.
I made this change, and the file played.  I did not look at the other 
replacements for evDropFile.
