[MPlayer-dev-eng] compiling rc4 / color management patch

Hello

after some time, I'm at it again. Your suggestion helped me, thnx, By
looking at the build log I was able to compile mplayer. Unfortunately the
build you refer to does not contain the color management patch. When I
apply the patch,  and then use the same 'configure' options as in the build
log, unfortunately, I get some error messages in the color managent source
files (see below). I'd appreciate any suggestions......
