[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] missing sys/poll.h on win32 but configure defines without a check

Hi,

the file ffmpeg/libavformat/rtpproto.c
has a coditional include for sys/poll.h
but mplayer configure defines 1 unconditionally thus breaking compilation on mingw

the patch adds the check and the configure option
