I've attached that version of the patch here.  The only changes from the
version that started this thread (11 hours ago) are:

1) I added the requested note to the man page.

2) I corrected the starting offset of the interleaved lines for the eye
that does not have the top row.  I had accidentally removed this offset
when I cleaned up the code for submission last night.

Please let me know if anything is not right, or could still be improved,
with this version.


Also, now that I know about the -vf il filter, handling interleaved
formats for INPUT to the stereo3d filter seems unnecessary, so I'd say
this feature is now complete.
