[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Increase movie_aspect max to 4.0

With 16x9 side-by-side stereo (aspect=32:9, or 3.5555) movies around,
the old max for -aspect of 3.0 is not sufficient.  Attached here is a
1-character-change patch, from current SVN, increasing it to 4.0, which
I hope will not be controversial.
